Thousand Oaks Children's Dental Group

This dental office is so awesome for children my child has been seing Dr Raza since she was 2 yrs old. she strives to go from being totally scared and not wanting to go she asks is it time to go. the back office is outstanding as well as is the front office. thank you for caring for our kids.

The reason I give this place two stars instead of one star is because of staff- they are nice and friendly with my 3 years old daughter. However, they failed to provide ADA accommodation (providing an ASL interpreter) so I can understand what is going on with my daughter's appointments. I gave them agency information to find an interpreter. First appointment interpreter "didn't show up". Second appointment- we set up the appointment like three weeks before and they still could not set up an interpreter. I had to cancel the appointment due to no interpreter provided. They are supposed to call us back to reschedule an appointment with an interpreter. They never called back. This showed me that they do not want to provide the ADA accommodation for the equal communication access. (ADA means American Disability Act)

I wanted to thank the Doctors and wonderful staff! They are very good to my kids, the staff and the doctors come out and talk with me in a friendly fun manner; but, I am thrilled because in my childrens schools were all programs are being cut, Dr. Raza and Dr. Cho helped sponsor the football program and the yearbook. Thanks for helping our community kids and schools!

A class act! These guys had a great system of welcoming us into the office. The kids names were on the board, they saw movies,played video games, even chose the flavor for the fluoride! Dr. Raza was using grape flavored gloves rather than the icky latex flavored ones I get at my dentist. My kids loved it, I'm sure any child would.

I took my five year old here after having a tough visit at my dentists office and was very happy. She's real scared of everything, doctors, dentists and freaks out at needles. With movies and staff that kept talking and talking in a reassuring manner, she was able to get her toothache fixed. Very clean and low pressure. Actually was speaking to the doctor explaining the x-rays to me. Nice place!

Just moved into the area and all the kids on my street go to Thousand Oaks Childrens Dental, so I went to check it out and was thrilled! They took me and my 2 year out to a Plaque Control room to show us how to brush, what to eat and then got there teeth cleaned. Great visit because he got stickers, a frisbee, and space shuttle with no tears! He got a picture with the doctor and gave me good news, NO CAVITIES! Good clean office, staff and doctors.

I am glad I discovered the Childrens Dental Group in Thousand Oaks. I liked it because I got a personal feel from the staff and Doctor. I was impressed from the brochures mailed to me from the phone call to inquire about the insurance coverage, too the picture with the doctor that was mailed to my son.



Nice job...already told many of friends to go because they had a bad experience elsewhere.

I too was a patient of this office, I loved it so much that I wanted to take my children to the same office. They love going to the dentist now. They have video games that suit boys and girls of all ages, and tv's all over the office. It helps my children to forget that they are even at a dentist office. The doctor's are great! They are always answering any of my questions and I feel comfortable leaving my children in their care. As to the issue about separating the parents from their children, I think that is the best way to do it. I notice that the kids tend to over exaggerate when they know that their parents are there. Absolutly take your children to this dentist and they will actually want to come back for their next visit. You won't regret it!

When I was a child I was a patient of Children's Dental Group, so to no surprise to me when I had children I decided to take them to Thousand Oaks Children's Dental Group. Dr. Raza and his team are very courteous and efficient and make you feel right at home. My children are terrified of drills and Dr. Raza has made the whole experience very pleasurable!! I would highly recommend this practice to all parents wanting to give their children an fun and exciting experience while making their children's health their #1 priority. Keep up the good work Children's Dental Group!!
