Founded in 1993, P.F. Chang's China Bistro is a chain of restaurants operating in the United States that offers a variety of Chinese cuisine. Its menu of appetizers includes chicken lettuce wraps, spare ribs, crab wontons, spring rolls, shrimp and vegetable dumplings.
