When they showed up to do the work, they said that I would have to pay $25 more than the agreed upon amount before they would clean my townhouse. That evening, since they didn't clean the floors because I was planning to get new carpeting, I decided to vacuum. the stairs I found that my new Dirt Devil hand vacuum cleaner was missing. Then I discovered that my cleaning supplies, including several unopened bottles, that I had boxed up to take with me were also missing. While searching through the trash bags that they left behind, I discovered a few of my refrigerator magnets but most of them were also missing.
