Oh my goodness! Don't do it, don't hire this guy. Terrible, Steve put in our kitchen floor himself, its terrible. ITS NOT EVER BEEN RIGHT. He was here by himself and said oh no problem, I can do this myself and have it do in 4 hours. Took him 3 days and he did a terrible job, he layed down backer board and never screwed it down then layed and grouted the tile. Guess what within two days we had 4 broken tiles. He said he would come back and make it right and we never seen him again, it was bought and paid for by us. He got his money and hightailed it out of here. We called the BBB and they said we were in line with others. We had gotten a hold of one of his crew which was very nice man and he said it never should have been done like that, he was no longer working for Steve and came out to look at the floor buy the damage was already done. He pulled up some of the tiles and tried to make it right but told us that he didnt think it would ever be right. Here we are 7 mths later and our new tile floor look like its 100 years old, cracks and chips all over. Very sad, he asked for payment up front because he was going through a divorce and all his money was tied up. We being to trusting souls that we are felt sorry for this scumbag and paid him upfront and bought all the materials. All to be crapped on by Steve Hamrick the owner himself. He treats his crew very badly and make empty promises to his clients. Do yourself a favor and dont work with this guy. I do have to tell you that he had one man on his crew that is a hell of a tile man and does super great work. The damage was done and this man came back to see what he could do, he tried to make it right but also said at the time "I don't think this is going to work." He told us then that he thought that we would have to take the whole floor up and start over. 7 mths later we are calling this man to come back into rip up the floor and do it right. Steve Hamrick is a very smooth and big talker, don't get involved with him. Its nothing but heartache, I have no idea how the man sleeps at night

After making a mess of the installation he refused to come and see the work of his crew..it took mr three requests. After refusing to remove the floor he said he would fix several tiles which turned out to be 24 tiles st least. he left me in charge of his crew for three days and never once did he come to look at the work. mr. hamrick then became angry because I gave the crew $ 100 a piece to finish the job he threatened to fire the workers and said he was going to charge the workers $386.for using the equipment to finish the job.. Mr hamrick eventually abandoned job. He doesn't arrive on time doesn't answer customer phone calls. I had to manager his crew for 3 days which is completely unacceptable. I would never use this business again
