Jordan Dozier visited my home at my request to give me advice on replacing my gas pack combination central A/C - Heating unit. He recommended a Carrier. The install went perfectly. His technicians were able to re-build my return ductwork due to severe problems with it. The result was an immediate 35% reduction in my heating costs and a 40% reduction in my cooling costs. Not only that but my home was cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. I was so impressed i signed up for the service agreement.

Called thursday. said they may have someone come out friday. They will call and let me know. No call.

I called the next day (Friday) and I spoke with a man who said "we should be able to make it out there today Ill call you and let you know". No call.



Now Monday has arrived. No call.

If your a business owner or a manager of the business such as myself its frustrating when you have to constantly follow up on people. They just didnt want my business or were too busy for the opportunity.

Im an Airman of the AirForce reserves. This review is as honest as it can get.

Awful company. My air went out in July and they came out and fixed it. The next day it stopped working and set up a time for them to come out again but they didn't show up. For 3 1/2 days it was them not showing up when they said they would be there, me calling them and having to leave messages and them calling me back to say we can't make it. Finally they came back out and fixed it (it was a loose wire and it took a total of 5 minutes to be fixed). I decided to give them another try when my heat went out 4 months later. I was told they would see if a tech could make out that evening but never received a call back. I called after hours and they said it would Saturday mid morning but yet they didn't show up. When we called back they said they would try to have someone there by that evening but yet no one else showed up again. I called another company who sent a tech out right away. The actual people who came to my house the first time were very nice but the owners are awful and obviously don't care if the problem is fixed as long as they get their money. They lost my business and since they came recommended from friends they now have also lost their business because of the way they treated us.
