Can't get a hold of anyone @ the post office, package shows delivered and even though requires a signature did not make. Signature confirmation shows blank

this phone number is bogus, it always rings to a voicemail and gives a supervisor's number. I always have packages state they are delivered and then I have to call them to find out package is still on a truck, still in their warehouse, or delivered to a wrong house. this is the most shottily ran operation I have ever seen. matches our government though.

The staff there especially the only man was always very rude to customers. I was shocked one day he was so insulting to a customer and shouting and would not even listen to this customer. They all seem overwhelmed and it seems they have no single customer service training at all, with the exception of a little older lady who is always quiet and ready to listen to you.. I heard many customers would rather visit the nearest UPS store instead of going to this Post office. I am really surprised because a little bid of courtesy would have made a difference.

I was mailing a box out to my husband who is currently deployed and the man that was there was new and needed some help, so Cynthia came and helped him and she was nothing but RUDE and demeaning to me telling me I needed to not say it was going international because its not and kept talking down to me, Repeatedly saying that I should not have said it was going international, which by the way I never said, and even if I did, it is going international, very few military wives know that they just put in the base that its going to firsts address. Very very disappointed in the rudeness of this woman.

They all need an attitude adjustment. They act like it is a real inconvenience to talk to you and they just try to push you off on someone else, instead of trying to satisfy your complaint. Very unfriendly!!!!!

Contacting by telephone, they are borderline unfriendly and completely uncooperative. They offer no suggestions or alternatives for US Postal problems.
