My mother, who is 88, has a CPAP. It stopped working on Thursday night, Nov 4th. She took it into Marshall's on Friday. The Lady (rude) that waited on her tested the CPAP and sure enough it wasn't working. Error message stated it had exceeded its life. My mother requested a new CPAP. The employee that was waiting on her just told her she would be placed on a list to see if she could get one. Didn't bother to ask for her information or her phone number. My mother had to "ask" the employee to "call her" and gave her the phone number. As yet, no call from anyone at Marshall's to assist or tell an 88 year old with breathing problems anything. My mother has slept in a recliner in order to breath since Thursday night. I question the integrity of Marshalls and its employees. Or is this the way you treat the elderly, you just don't care and you call yourself a "health medical" facility. You should be ashamed and you should hire and train employees that have empathy for customers and not be rude. The worst customer service.

I made two appointments with them. The 1st appointment they called me the afternoon of my appointment and told me they did not have my documents together.They were looking at last years paperwork. The second appointment I went up to Marshalls just after they opened and told them that doctor would fax order over. Doctors system was down that morning. I specifically asked if I needed to reschedule my appointment. They told me no. I was good. Went to appointment that afternoon. The lady,. I think her name was Lynn, started yelling at me saying that they could not see me because they did not receive the orders from the doctor. I told them I came up this morning to verify it. The lady was very rude. What made it worse was that other customers were in the waiting area while this was happening. I walked out!!!
I immediately found another company who wanted my business. That business is Respiratory Plus. They were very friendly and thanked me for my business.
