Animal Care and Adoption Center - City of Texarkana

This is a great animal shelter. They have a no kill policy, and adoption fees are very low (I paid $20)! I recently adopted my cat from this shelter. Most animal shelters have a horrid smell, but this one was very clean for the amount of animals they had. I liked this shelter and the employees so much, that I plan on volunteering soon!
