Troy's Auto Care

Have been living in the Troy/Pendleton area and was advised to go to Troys Auto Care by our son who was a pastor of a large church at the time. They had very good service from Troy's and so I have for the past 4 years. Work has been completed on time and well done. They have been very clean and protective of my vehicles. Troy is well informed with most vehicles and well advises just what needs to be done and a very fair price. I use to do all my own work but find Troy's can do it faster and better.

Very responsive and communicative--used them through AAA and it was seamless.
Josh is a friggin' BEAST. He helped out immensely in getting my classic 1982 Mustang carefully and efficiently towed to my new house (both with insanely narrow driveways and gates to the back yard).
I felt compelled to offer gratuity. A+ service. Thanks, Josh!

the review from 06/05/13 was exactly was happened. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! left grease all over the floor mats and door. Troy is very incompetent and tried to sweet talk his way out and when he realized it was working he started cussing and trying to blame us! Within 10 minutes I found a better mechanic! STAY AWAY FROM TROY'S!

I have taken my vehicle to Troy's several times over the last three years and I have always left a happy customer. I recommend this establishment every chance I get. It is rare to find a honest auto repair business.

Troy is very professional. caring, and honest! We have never had any problems getting our cars worked on at his business. I highly recommend his place of business and we will continue to take our cars there for any type of work that comes up.

I saw to much customer related waste. Inexperienced employees. They are just guessing and charging the customer.

Unprofessional - talks smack about his customers to other customers in his waiting room - he even uses the customer names that he is talking poorly about. Doesn't complete the job the first time around so you have to keep going back and force him to finish the job. Breaks other items on vehicles then complains that he has to fix what his business broke. Doesn't put all the parts back on your vehicle and returns the vehicle with dirty, oily interior. At best he talks a good game but is really just a snake oil sales person. We recommend you stay away from Troy's and visit any other shop in the Temple area.

I like Troy he seems honest; however when I took my car to be fix (3 different times) something else was either broken from mishandling or things came up missing. When I brought up the broken parts, the cost had to be taken care of from my end or I just had to live with it, the last and final time things came up missing. Shame on me for keep going back but never again
