Let me start with the payments accepted. Bob's painting may advertise on the their website and business card that they accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, but they only accept cash or check. When you call Bob's painting, you can not leave a message the mailbox is full. The labor costs are high for one person doing the work. Let me give you an example, a four-sided brick one story 1500 sq. ft. home labor costs $1520 and supplies are $220. It will take weeks to receive a proposal; they wanted to pick up a check before I received a proposal. Also, they advertise that they are licensed. When you ask what the license number is, be prepared to hear dead silence or never be emailed back. Bob’s painting lies about being bonded, licensed and insured. I am pretty sure the employees wrote the five reviews before me.

I was concerned about the fumes from the paint and my 1 year old and was planning on relocating her to my mother-in-law's house before I would have the rooms painted and some time after. The young lady who provided the estimate seemed knowledgeable and pleasant and right away informed me about "No and Low VOC" paints. She also had a colorwheel to choose from which I thought was helpful in choice of colors. The other 2 companies that I had come over basically came with pad and pencil and didn't even mention this as an option and what was weird or ironical was they seemed like the painters themselves. That and the price combined with the fact that the other companies weren't even insured determined my pick. If you are concerned about an uncoverer trip and fall crook or some crackhead trying to make a quickbuck(and you should be) or someone who simply gets hurt in your home always ask for a copy of the insurance policy. Above all, paint job was excellent, very even.

I was previously a painter for 12 years so when I decided to paint my own home I began to do all the prep work such as cutting back hedges and foilage around my home. I then proceded to wash my house of dirt and scum. After that I went to the 3rd step replacing any rotten wood and caulk and putty. I then realized that at the age of 50 there was no way my BACK would not be able to finish the painting part of the job. I found Bob's painting in the yellow page's and gave them a chance. I needed the job to be completed over the weekend. Within 34 hours from my call to Ametra to Angel and Jose showing up and completing the job, I recieved nothing but 1st class service. They gave complete attention to detail. I would HIGHLY recommend this service to anyone who needs an excellant paint job under tight time constraints or even if you have a very Big Job.

I just purchased a new home and I am very particular about who I use when it comes to anything that gets done inside my home. Bob's Painting were clean and professional. They were also very good about working around my schedule, the painter worked on Saturday and Sunday.

I'm usually very picky about service owning a cleaning business myself and having tried a few other painters in the past, but Bob's painting turn out to be pretty decent. Look at the reviews for other painters and you'll see what I mean. The painter was knowledgeable giving advice that was helpful and got the job done quicker than expected. He even made a return trip at no extra charge for a something I wanted done extra. Nothing to really pick at except that he was late the first day after getting lost for about 15 minutes. I would definitely use them again.

Bobs painting did a fantastic job on my two story home in Killeen. After shopping around for prices, they were the lowest in the area. I had to have custom painting done and needed a knowledgable painter who would work specific hours. Ask for Ametria because her focus on customer service was very friendly and relentless.
