This company installed a gate and fence for me and used splintered split 2x4's in the frame. Ray the owner did the work himself and did a rushed sloppy job. Poor craftsmanship. I told Ray the day before he started to pick good quality lumber. He did not. He told me he would do a good job. He did a lousy job.The wood looks like garbage. I have called Ray back to come and repair all the mistakes in the job and he hangs up on me. Watch this you tube video I took of the very low quality work Top Notch Fence does:

Top Notch Fence has been doing work for me for years! I am in property management, with properties in Pasadena, San Gabriel, Arcadia, Temple City, and all over the Los Angeles area.
