Great Service. Every time I come into there I am greeted and never have to wait.

Great service and couteousy had to go there because lambetbille no post office is horrible

Unfortunately I have been dealing with horrible service from the temperance, Michigan postal service for over 8yrs! I have done EVERYTHING in my power to fix the problems that they cause due to their faulty mail processes. I have received SEVERAL other people's mail and have had to call the post office to come back to get the mail/packages, and there have been several times that I have personally hand delivered the other people's mail that I've received. I even have 2 pink stickers that they sent me to put on my mail box that says "reminder to postal carrier to check address before delivering mail" but unfortunately that hasn't helped. Other people has also received my mail. I still have not received my gift cards that I ordered on amazon for my daughter's birthday. The mail carrier delivered them to someone else's home and I never got them returned to me. This matter still hasn't been resolved and I have proof from amazon that they were delivered at the end of March! The mail carrier also bent my pictures that I ordered on line by bending them and shoving them in my mail box even though the package specifically said in LARGE print "DO NOT BEND", and unfortunately this matter hasn't been resolved either even though they promised to replace the pictures. They also caused me to almost lose my housing due to the fact that they weighed my package of paperwork improperly so because of their neglagence the package was returned to me stating that there wasn't enough postage stamps on the package (even though I had went IN to this temperance post office and had it weighed and sent out by them) so due to that my packeage of paperwork was extremely late and I had a deadline that the paperwork was due. I am NOT the only customer that is having these problems. This is a sad shame because the stuff that they are messing up is EXTREMELY important! I'm VERY disturbed that these matters have net been resolved and that I've had to contact them so many times and even do their job for them by hand delivering other people's mail! This is very disturbing to know that we put our trust with extremely important documents, gifts, among so much more in their hands!
