What a joke!!!!! My carpet is worse. The guy showed up, I showed him my $36 coupon and he said theres no hidden costs but yours will be $381. When I told him to leave he just kept lowering his price till he was down to $120. Out of frustration I told him to go ahead and do it. It took him about 40 minutes, he used a little portable unit plugged in to my electricity, trashed my bathroom, then dumped about 3 gallons of dirty water in MY driveway. I told him it looked the same when he was done and he said it was wet and would be better when it dried ---- nope. I called them and another guy came back the next week, he did the same exact thing but he only took 10 minutes, saying thats all the company would let him do. Ive called back, I want a refund, but they say you have to talk to the owner who of course is never there.

I had my carpets cleaned by superior carpet cleaning last week, and it was the worst service I've received in probably 15 years. The technicians were rude, dishonest, aggressive, and did a poor job. Almost immediately, they began arguing with me about what their coupon "really said." Despite a quote obtained the night before, they said they would not honor the coupon. Next, they proceeded to try to convince me that a "travel charge" they had previously said was included in the quote, was extra. They went on to try to convince me that cleaning "travel areas and spots" (there were none, btw) was necessary, despite being clearly labeled as "Also Available" extra services. Their cleaning job was mediocre. A complete rip off. Stay away from this company. They have an F rating from the BBB, and multiple unanswered complaints against them.

Clean your carpet yourself, they came and scammed me into services they did not do, it cost me 370.00 (the mark down BARGAIN from 780.00) for the CRAPPIEST carpet cleaning I have ever witnessed. LIKE I LIVE AT THE TAJ MAHAL....The "TECH" as he so boldly called himself LIED and told me he would hold my check until the following Saturday but promptly cashed it the very next day...probably because he knew I would have stopped payment on it....so not only are they the WORST carpet cleaning business around they are also LIARS. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

I called Superior Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning after receiving a flyer in the mail for $6.95 a room. Sorry Mistake. The ad stated "truck-mounted" cleaning system. He shows up with a small portable rug cleaner, the kind you can rent from a hardware or grocery store. I questioned him about it and was told it works better and he doesn't have to drag the long hoses all around. At that point I should have said "Thanks, but no thanks"; I could have done this myself.



He sets up his equipment, puts the water in the tank and tries a test spot on the carpet. He asks me to check it and then produces the bill for me to sign - $372.00. Not joking - I explain there is no way I can pay this amount. He gets on the phone and calls the home office, turns out if you are a “first time customer” you get a 10% discount, he reduced the bill by $100.00.This is for treating, cleaning and scotch-guarding the carpet, 4 rooms and 18 stairs. We had removed everything off the floor, moved the furniture and vacuumed really well, so he had no extra work to do. Stupidly I agree to have it done since we had moved and cleaned everything. No exaturation, within half and hour he was done; he puts the equipment away and proceeds to scotch guard the carpet. He comes back in with a clear cheap spray-bottle, for all I know there could have been water in it, Walks around and sprays the carpet, 5 minutes later he is done. Cost - $305.00, I can honestly tell you, the carpet is not clean. After he left I took a towel and rubbed the carpet, not only was it dirty, it smelled and was still wet, he barely sucked up what he laid down, he didin’t even have to empty the tank. Lesson learned - if you want something done right, do it yourself or call any other company but this one.

I called the company based on a coupon located in the buyer's edge insert. The adveritisment was any room steamed cleaned and deodorized $6.95 per room - 2 room minimum and a travel charge will apply. I called and was quited yes, the $6.95 per room was correct and a travel charge of $10.00 would be applied. No other mention of required service was mentioned. I made the appointment and when the technision came he told me all kinds of add ons. Preconditioning and scrub at .25 cents per sq. foot per room, plus antibacterial sanitize and rinse also .25 cents per sq. foot. He was also selling scotchgarding for the same 25 cents per sq. foot. I told him no way for all this and that he can go back home. He then told me that he was reducing the sq. footage of our bedrooms and charge only $20.00 and $25.00 per room for the precon and scrub and he charged $7.50 per room to sanitize etc. He further told me that he would scotchgard for free. How would I know what he was doing. In addition there also was a fee called sublet fee that is 7% of the work rounded up. My total came to $89.07. I am not satisfied with the work. He left skit marks from his machine on my tile floor in the hall way and his buckets made big skit marks on my kitchen floor tiles when he had to get water our of my kitchen faucet. The carpet in the master bedroom does not look clean and I had two spots on the carpet that are still there.
