Phoenix Leather Restoration

I hired Scott to recolor a sofa & loveseat. They were losing some color in places, & Scott claimed he could fix them for 1/2 the cost of buying new & they would last a lifetime. Well, $1200 & 2 attempts to correct their mistakes later, my furniture is now so horrible that it will need to be replaced.

He made an appt to be at my house yesterday morning to fix the issues. I took a day off of work to be home. W/no calls to cancel, & nobody answering the phone or returning calls- I was completely stood up. Today- the day after my appt- after begging for info by text- Scott sent me a text (I quote)- "I had a death in my family so I am closed down for awhile. Please stop calling my cel phone. I can't help you." Next came the text that he had no obligation to fix any more issues.

I will be suing this company in small claims court.

I urge you not to fall into the same trap I did. This company is horrible. They take your money- they ruin your furniture & then they run & hide from you.
