the work that your company and Erina in particular
do in managing the Osborn Terrace. I know it is not
easy and often thankless but Erina consistently
responds promptly and thoroughly to requests, acts
quickly when there is a problem and works well with
the governing committee to protect our collective
investment. The quality of management was a major
factor in my decision to purchase a second rental unit there recently. Thank you!!!

I just finished up my lease with you guys and they were wonderful! Kate was helpful in every aspect of
being a property manager. She was easy to get in
touch with, and helped me work with the landlord when I had an issue. I would rent from them again if I was staying in the area for sure! Kate was amazing! I will definitely rent from them in the future!

Some of the best tactics to avoid work I have ever witnessed. Do yourself a favor and look for another property manager or realtor! Not working with Gerson Realty and Managment will be the best decision you make all year long!

Stay as far away from Mike Gerson and his company as possible. They are only interested in jobs they can cash checks without actually doing any work. Its crazy to me that this company hasn't been sued into bankruptcy already! Worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Never call renters back or address their requests. The floodlights have been out in my community for at least a year! I call them at least once/month, but things just don't get done.
