Unprofessional, Unreliable, Bad Dentistry!

My issue starts when I had to reschedule a few appointments with Dr. Vu. The first time my son was sick, the other two times where because I needed urgent medical attention, as I am disabled. After the 3rd time I called to let them know I needed to reschedule I was sent a letter from Dr. Vu letting me know that for any future appointments I rescheduled I would be charged a $50 dollar fee. I found this to be in poor taste as for my first visit Dr. Vu had her child in the office. It seems that she was able to make accommodations for her children, but when I needed to do so for my child she did not find that to be acceptable. I also had a cavity filled by Dr. Vu that I had to have a root canal on 2 months later costing me over $3000 dollars. My most recent complaint is when an old crown fell off and I made an appointment to come in and have it evaluated. I was called back and told they would not see me and gave me zero explanation as to why.

My friend referred Dr.Vu to my family. Dr.Vu is very talented,professional, and gentle. The staff are the nicest people and are very helpful. It's worth the trip to Temecula (70 miles one way!!!!). We have Dr.Vu as our dentist for life. Thank you Redhawk Family Dentistry.
