        We were on vacation and had to go to ER. They treated me so well and were super nice and helpful. If you need a ER this is the place!!!

        I had a small lump removed from my neck by Dr. Donkor at Mariners Hospital. From the first visit I found him to be warm, caring and compassionate as well as knowledgeable. The office wait may be a little long at times as he is only at this office once a week and he sees patients in between surgeries. This didn't bother me as all I wanted was my medical issue resolved quickly and that he did. HIs assistant, Consuelo, was also very kind and helpful. I would recommend him without hesitation for small general surgery.

        If you go to e.r. and let them know that V.A. covers emergency visits, they label you as self pay. It's obvious you don't get the same medical treatment. The staff were friendly, but that's not much help when you've been running 101 fever for three days.
