Joseph Tiberi Masonry & Concrete Contractor

I called and got the answering machine, so I left a message with my situation (amount of concrete needed, type, location, and the price the last guy gave me). I'm believe it was Joseph who picked up while I was leaving my message and said "Call someone else!", and then hung up. I work for a repair company and I would never consider doing that to a customer, at least not until you have been on the phone for 20 minutes and have been answering the same question over and over again. Am I right? Where do you get off Joe? It's not hard to nicely say, "No, you have a good a price already", or "Did you make sure that the price is for ready-mix, not the cheap stuff?". This is how I was responded to by other companies, one of which who will receive my business. Just because I had a cheap price already, didn't mean I wasn't still looking for someone who was more professional and trustworthy.



I do want to remind everyone that I did not hire this company, and my review is based solely upon the very brief phone call I had with the company.

I was very pleased with the block walls that were constructed for me. Mr. Tiberi had done work for me at my former residence over 18 years ago. When I needed block walls at my current home, I did not hesitate to call him again. The workers performed the work neatly and completed it on schedule. Overall, this was a very positive experience.
