It's A Trip Travel

Yona is one of the rudest, most miserable people I have ever met. I find it amazing that she is working in a job that requires human interaction. She is better suited to keep intruders out of a junk yard. It didn't take me long to realize she had no idea what she was talking about. I couldn't leave quickly enough.

The worst customer service !!!! Specially the owner I believe, Yona.. not nice to talk to her at all, she don't have a patience for a customer keep putting on hold all the time and when I tried to talk Sarah or Lilly I heard her from the back yelling and keep grabbing the line and interrupting the conversation. I don't know how she does a business but I traveled a lot and used a Travel agents but didn't came a cross with such a poor customer service. My rating is minus.
