IHOP

I rec'd this great deal via email from IHOP Corp. offering 50% off Mon-Wed. off your entire bill between 4pm - 8pm. All I have to do is print or show the email to the cashier. When I did this, the cashier Dany, refused to give me 50% off my bill. He said that they weren't IHOP and had nothing to do with IHOP. YET, on the front of the building was an IHOP sign, the menus were all IHOP and his own namebadge said IHOP. He said that he was a franchise. He offered to give me the kids free meal that IHOP was offering at the same time. Yet, he they weren't IHOP! I believe that IHOP Corporation FALSELY ADVERTISED and didn't stand by their product. They DID A BAIT AND SWITCH! My server, Benjamin said that the manager wasn't there to use a key on the register to offer a discount! IHOP Corporation has NEVER RESPONDED to my complaint nor HAS THIS PARTICULAR IHOP! What a shame that IHOP was one of our favorite places to eat....not anymore! I ENCOURAGE ALL THAT WANT TO EAT HERE....DON'T! THEY FALSELY ADVERTISE THEIR SPECIALS!
