Great experience! Tech showed up on time, (even called to let me know he was on his way). Very polite & Pleasant. Installed the new unit , made a few adjustments to the track & door, and was finished in about one hour . He then took the time to show me all of the functions and features as well as some maintenance tips. A "little" more $ than Sears, but a better quality product and Exceptional personal customer service !
