worst service ever! I agree with other reviewers I think packages are getting stolen by workers at this facility! I ordered a package and once it was received and scanned at this location it hasn't moved! Its been sitting at this facility since Set.13th . My post office said they cant do anything from their end and to just have patience!

Ordered a package from ebay 5 days ago now and the seller lives in Florida and my package says in tampa usps and hasnt changed. I bet the employees that work there are stealing peoples packages. Why else would this many people have problems with this post office.

Horrible sorting facility, sent back a priority mail package to the sender same day without attempting to deliver. Contact Person does not even know what happened, not helpful at all. Tracking shows it arrived at this post office, zip code 33605.Second time it has happened.

Not the first time this facility has lost a package of mine, or delayed it for an unusual length of time, but this one really hurts! I paid $25 for special priority shipping to get between a 3 state distance. It's a week tomorrow and it's still just sitting there. It was our wedding set worth several thousand dollars! I've also had packages get delayed there and the contents exchanged...for instance, a box with a media rate label for 38# worth of books arrived re-sealed (badly) with 4# worth of used (and filthy, like run across a floor) baby clothing. What do they do? Nada. This sort of thing happens several times a year. SO not acceptable!

Tampa Post Office is the MOST horrible postal service I have EVER seen. I just moved here and they have lost two of my packages in two months and it took almost two weeks to deliver other packages. I run a Ebay business and this is terrible service for me. Tampa's postal service needs to undergo some SERIOUS investigation!

IM IN CHICAGO AND ASK FOR 2-3 DAY PRIORITY SHIPPING. SUPPOSEDLY LEFT TAMPA ON JULY 18TH. STILL HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Horrible! I am so grateful that I moved out of this post office delivery area!! They lose packages ALL of the time! They deliver mail in the wrong mailboxes (used to live in The Towers in Channelside) at least 15 times a year! They mark packages as being delivered when they haven't been! They DO NOT forward mail! Seriously one of the worst post offices ... when you have an issue good luck getting in contact with them ... they don't answer the phone, and if they do you wait on hold for over 10 minutes.

I ordered an autographed sports trading card on eBay from a responsible seller who shipped immediately. This PO claims item went out on May 10th. Tracking hasn't been updated since then. I still don't have the card. Never dealt with a PO like this before. Apparently it's not the first time they've had this issue. Terrible.

Two separate packages from Ebay are currently "stuck" in Tampa. I bought them two days apart, yet both of them are a week and a half behind schedule. This office is horrible.

purchased something in ebay and the seller is from tampa , and i am from orlando. that is a total distance of 1 hour , and the package is still not here.... i checked tracking and its this usps store....i have no idea what they are doing there but this has to be fixed fast....

I have had in the last 14 days 2 packages that have been lost from this post office. I sell on Ebay and people are getting fed up with it. I have opened 2 investigations and so far 1 has been completed and the package was delivered. I think they should either close this branch or get workers that know what they are doing.

I have made about 15 formal complaints about this office in the last 3 weeks. I also spoke to consumer affairs, special case manager, they are trying to fix it.. I sell on ebay! This is extremely time consuming, packages arrive at this office, and most don't move for 6-7 days. That is just in the last 21 days. I still have 4 missing packages that have arrived here and never scanned again.. They must be in transit bs! Its been 10 days since scanned fl. to ohio.. 14 days! Canada seems to get packages much faster than us. they are first class, not insured.. it hurts my business! since im honest, and paypal would do it anyway.. I refund buyers.. Its not ok.. Im losing money! Plus it hurts my top seller status.. Does usps care No!

This is a ridiculous USPS facility... EVERY SINGLE TIME I have had a package make a stop here, it gets lost for a few days. I always have to add 3-5 days to the expected delivery time. Super frustrating.

I just find out this sorting facility has a bad review for losing packages . My box is still lost since march 6 2015 and no one seems to care to help me fing it. Bad bad customer service. Even with tracking they cant find it.

I mailed small priority mail package on 2/25/15 to go to Hanover, PA... it is 3/6/15 today... and my package is still sitting at this facility in the sorting... i called.. they told me to call Sorting.. i called Sorting but got VM... i called the main USPS number on Monday and was told exactly what the tracking tells me.. that it's stuck in Tampa... then she opened a "case" for me.. but have heard nothing since...

Horrible, horrible, horrible! I can honestly say after missing my package with no notice Slip, I have tracked packages carefully and remain home till arrival. It was horrible having to deal with these people and the woman I spoke to at the front desk made me feel terrible because I recently moved here to Tampa and the address was incorrect on the seller side. Never again!
