We would give these people the highest recommendation we've ever given anyone, and we're old and cranky and hard to please.



When our central air died on a recent Friday, we were certain we would have to suffer the entire weekend in Florida's 90+ degree heat and 90+ percent humidity until at least Monday if not longer. Not so! Stapleton had a new unit installed the next day -- Saturday. And that isn't all. We called several companies for estimates, and Stapleton's quote was significantly less than anyone else's on the exact same unit. On top of that, the work was done very quickly, and the technicians were extremely courteous and friendly but not intrusive or imposing.



As much as we normally nit-pick and find fault, we can't think of anything bad to say about Mr. Stapleton and his staff. Great price, great service, and great people -- what more could anyone possibly ask?!
