One Call Plumbing & Rooter Service

My home warrenty sent One Call Plumbing out and it was a joke. Arrived late first time with no tools, camera and knowledge of where the problem was because Joe, their supervisor didn't do his job before hand. No call no show the second time. The third time it took them all day to cut out a 1'x1' area in slab then say can't be fixed and filled it back in and charged me a total of $1,700. Had another plumber come in and in one day had to cut 17'x1' to fix pipe and fill it back in with 2 guys all for $1,500. Be careful of One Call Plumbing, heard after the fact that they were involved with scams against customers and taking the money but no work getting done. Will never let them in my house again.

Man they sent out,,Joe Pinkert,was lazy,and the cleanest plumber I ever met!! Didnt even break out a tool,,said he couldnt open access to clean out drain cause he'd get dirty!!!!UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!

Was very impressed with the customer service and the quality work, not to mention the timeliness. He fixed detected the leak, and let me know exactly what it would take to fix it and how much it wouyld cost. I would definitely reccommend One Call Plumbing to anyone.
