During an emergency, we went with our neighbor to Dr. Lori's practice. She and her staff were really welcoming, explained the dog's health concerns, ran tests quickly, and gave an accurate diagnosis with an accurate estimate for treatment. My neighbor's dog passed away; Dr. Lori's compassion and approach made a bad situation better. She even called my neighbor back to let him know he had done the right thing for his beloved pet. Kudos to this new practice in the area for great service.
