I have so many complaints for this hospital (NEVER go here) but I will stick to my issues with the billing department for this one. I am a 28 year old woman with PERFECT credit. I have never paid a bill late in my life, including CRMC's bill that I have been paying on since 7/2012. I just received a call from a COLLECTION agency who has received my balance. I called CRMC to ask them why the hell my bill was sitting with a collection agency when I have never once been late on a payment, and they basically said, "Oops, that was our fault." Are you kidding me?? Almost ruining my entire financial future and it's an OOPS?!



I will do my best to spread the word in this city about what to expect once you leave CRMC--and that is a bunch of half-witted idiots who could care less about you handling your billing!



And now I will post this same review on every website I can come across. DON'T GO HERE!

Had been having extreme pain in my right arm for months, I had seen two different physicians concerning the pain and swelling. They brushed it off as a symptom of my neuropathy. But I knew this was something totally different! The pain got SO intense I sought out the help of the emergency care center at CRMC, the immediately seventh me to MRI and ultrasound, what they found there saved my life.... For months my life was hanging by a thread... They located a blood clot in my right internal jugular vein, that was causing the blood flow to be partially cut off to my arm, and was extremely painful, They began treatment immediately right there in the ER, and I was admired for a 6 day stay! The staff was AMAZING, they cared, and it showed! I was taken extra care of, every single single staff member from physicians to environmental services were caring and exceptionally polite!
And I didn't have a dime if insurance... But to them it didn't matter, I received the exact care as someone with the best coverage money could buy!
I thank each of them for the care and support,
Most of all I thank them for my life!
Dr. Martinez was one of a kind!

my wife has indometriosious and she went up there cause she was in acute pain and doctor refused to scan her to see if it has spread he said it was a waste of his time how is one persons life a waste of a doctors time this is crazy i can assure u this i wont ever go there again and i strongly urge u not to eighter the doctors name is roger menze..
