I would highly recommend this office. I originally went to see Dr. Eyford for headaches and shoulder pain that had bothered me for over a year. Numerous people in my office had recommended him. My overall first impression was fantastic with welcoming staff and a nice, warm, friendly office. The doctor explained everything in detail and I finally understood WHY I had neck and shoulder pain! All of my symptoms resolved within 8 weeks and now I just pop in monthly for a tune up and I feel great! I also noticed that my immune system was much stronger throughout this winter season when I would typically have numerous colds. The doctor adjusted one of my daughters in November who has a history of chronic ear infections and she hasn't had one since! I am so glad I found this office, they take great care of the entire family!

This office is amazing! I have only compliments for this place. The front desk staff is so warm and friendly! They were able to answer all of my questions and make me as comfortable as possible. I saw Dr. Eyford for an issue I've had for years and he was immediate with a diagnosis and a treatment plan to help me start feeling better. I recommend this office to anyone who wants phenomenal care!

The Health Connection is by far the best chiropractic office I have been too. Upon entering the beautiful office, you are greeted by the friendliest office staff. The admins are so welcoming, just as they have known you forever. I first started going when I had sharp back pains, I saw Dr. Bradley Eyford, who easily diagnosed my problem, and with in just a few visits I was 100% better. I have also gotten many massages there as well, Heather is fabulous. The Dr.s make you feel at ease, and take the time to talk with you about your specific needs. There is never a sense of feeling rushed, I have recommended many friends and family to this office, and I will continue to do so! If you need excellent Chiropractic/Massage care, look no further!‎

The doctors and staff at the health connection are great! Not only did they help me but my husband as well. I never felt like I was just a weekly appointment I always felt like Dr. Brad was genuinely interested in how I was doing. The front desk staff is always friendly and very on top of things. The Health Connection in Tacoma is an amazing and affordable place to relax and get quality treatment, honestly one of the best massages I've ever had (and let me tell you, I'm a huge fan of professional massages). The staff is friendly and treats their clients extremely well. Dr. Eyford is kind, caring and brought relief to my back pain!

I think this Chiropractor is competent, but when I visited his office I got a massive sales pitch and it felt like all he cared about was my money. I would NOT recommend this chiropractor
