Reliable Parts

Poor Customer Service. I would give them a -1 star if I could. I live in Lynnwood I called the Tukwila office an gave them the part # they took my CC# and told me that they had 3 THREE in stock at the Tacoma location. I drove 52 miles ONE way, with 2 small kids to get a part for my dryer. We get there to fine out that they do NOT have 3 they have NONE!!! No one called me to let me know.

I paid for it Friday at 2pm They closed at 5pm. That gave someone 3 hours to "pull the item" and put it into "will call" As I was told they would do. I WAS UPSET to say the least. AMAZON from here on out!
