Athletes combat this by getting coaches, trainers, meal plans, and people who keep them accountable. People who are trying to shed pounds should be treated the same way. They should have a coach who is knowledgeable and has a track record of weight loss in their patients. Their coach is the one who creates the plan that is tailored to the weight loss athlete, educates them about food and adjusts the plan based on the performance of the weight loss athlete. Make sure that you choose the right coach. Your coach should be knowledgeable about weight loss – specifically weight loss and not just food. Your coach should tailor the plan to you, your goals, your body style and how fast you want to lose weight. The plan should not be the same for everyone. Ask your coach how they tailor the plan to you. Your coach should also modify the plan as you lose weight. Your coach should also be there to help you transition from weight loss to maintenance of the new, lower weight.

”As I reflect on my surgery and post op care I would be remiss if I did not leave a review that shares my experience. First I’d like to share that I had gone through a 107lb weight loss over the past few years from good old fashioned diet and exercise. Ultrasound
Our peripheral nerve blocks are directed targeted by the anesthesiologist. We use an ultrasound machine to see the nerves and directly observe the local anesthetic bathing the nerve. This allows us to use much lower doses and increases the chances of success of the nerve block. The success rate of the type of nerve blocks at Pearl Plastic is over 99%.
MRI
Silicone implants are filled with silicone gel. The gel feels a bit more like natural breast tissue. If the implant leaks, the gel may remain within the implant shell, or may escape into the breast implant pocket. A leaking implant filled with silicone gel will not collapse. If you choose these implants, you may need to visit your plastic surgeon regularly to make sure the implants are functioning properly. An ultrasound or MRI screening can assess the condition of breast implants. Silicone implants are FDA-approved for augmentation in women age 22 or older.

Dr. Chris Nichols, a Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, graduated from Washington University in St. Louis Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency. He trained in General Surgery at Columbia’s Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown, NY. Dr. Nichols received his medical degree from The University of Florida College of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University.
