You DO NOT want to live here-EVER. Oppressive managers that do not adhere to the law; Christina Mays increases your rent EVERY year $25-$50/mo; Current space rent is over $600/mo. Very discriminatory to Hispanics and people of color and children. Managers snoop around your property to incriminate you; steal your vehicles out of your rented driveways in the middle of the night; Lucky Towing steals the contents of your towed vehicle and if the contents are wk tools you will lose your job; extort money from you inciting fear & because they stole your car & tools & you lose your job, they threaten & start eviction & u lose your home. Managers threaten eviction and demand all sorts of money be spent on maintenance of house & landscaping changes of their choice. No rights, oppression, discrimination, expensive. Mays makes & enforces the rules. U do NOT want to live here ever.It is NOT a family park or a senior park. It is a miserable park. Many complaints to the AGs office. Beware. I know. I live here & u dont want to.
