Wonderful place to heal. My son had a lumbar spine injury due to sports and we didn't know if he'd play again. We started PT at 3D and a year later he is playing Lacrosse in college. We are so grateful to the care of the skilled therapists and staff. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Plantar Fasciitis

I have been attending PT with Michael since the middle of November for a partial knee replacement. Today was my last session. Michael is the best. He has pushed me each week to become stronger and more confident in regaining the use of my knee. Also in the process I have strengthen my overall body. Frozen Shoulder
Frozen shoulder is defined by a painful loss of shoulder motion and a tightness of the shoulder joint that severely restricts motion. Another name for it is adhesive capsulitis. This syndrome can occur if your arm has been in a cast or sling for a long time, or if you have been bedridden for a long time. Some ethnic groups are more prone, and women between the ages of 40 and 60 are more likely than men to have this illness.
Tennis Elbow
Tennis elbow is a common term for lateral (outside) epicondylitis. It happens with repetitive tasks that often involve gripping and extending the wrist such as when holding a tennis racket, paintbrush, or hammer. Severe tenderness will be present around the outside of your elbow and can cause pain with gripping objects, lifting objects, and twisting of the forearm.

Achilles Tendonitis
This is an injury that occurs in the heal and often results in pain and swelling. Running in old or poor quality shoes can cause this condition. Icing, elevating the foot to reduce swelling, and wearing shoe inserts are treatment options used to improve Achilles tendonitis. It’s also important to remember that strong calves will help to prevent relapses.
Ankle Instability
Paul did a great job with overall diagnosis and pointing out issues with foot and ankle instability issues, including custom casting orthotics that were a big upgrade from my previous version. Ben and Denali both did a great job with the finer points of using core muscles through a variety of stability exercises. I definitely recommend the professionals at this office.
Ankle Sprain
Foot and ankle discomfort can be caused by a variety of situations in your life. A foot or ankle injury can be excruciatingly painful, making it difficult to bear weight on the affected area. Even modest discomfort can cause physical limits in your day-to-day activities.
Flat Feet
The arch of your foot is formed by several tendons that work together. Your foot will form a proper arch when the tendons pull together properly. Your foot will form a very small arch or no arch at all if the tendons do not pull together properly. This is known as a “fallen arch” or “flat foot,” and it can result in pain or discomfort over time.
