Terrible service.
He did not actually identify the problem with the washer.
Instead, he replaced a part that he thought might take care of it. It didn't. It still would not go through the cycles, spin, or drain properly. When I called to tell him, he said to just press reset a few times. That didn't work. Then I called again and again. He went on vacation for TWO MONTHS. I left messages and he never called back. Then he said it was no longer covered my his warranty.
AVOID THIS GUY!

Several times we've had him out to service our furnace, and the aging gas dryer we 'inherited' when we bought the house almost 10 years ago. Always courteous and friendly, always knowledgeable and informative, always gets repairs done in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Great experience . John did a great job on my washing machine. I was expecting to be at least two days for repair. He had the part I needed and repaired my machine in a timely fashion. I would recommend JB Appliance repair . Thanks again John for the great service.

Great experience! Gave John a call on a Saturday when our refrigerator wasn't working properly. We got lucky and he was in our neighborhood already, so we didn't have to wait long. Within a few minutes, he was able to diagnose the problem and had a part to fix it. Then entire repair took about a half an hour. He was knowledgable and polite. Next time we need a repair, we will be calling John!

JB is such a great person to work with. We have an older washing and dryer that came with our house. A few months ago the belt went in the dryer. He came over and had it replaced in no time.

I called him this weekend to replace the clutch in the washing machine (had to spin at least twice to get the water put of our clothes). He was able to work with our schedule and stop by on a SUNDAY and take care for us! Thanks Jeff for helping us out!
