I seem to have pretty good luck at getting the parrts I need in timely matter. At times my parts r not available due to the old age 4 digit serial #. They let me know upfront of this problem and will try to find other places to get the parts I need.

Very Friendly on the phone and at the counter.Even when I request a print out of part # so i can be up to date with them when ordering. they print them right out for me.Never any rude statements or comments.I had one wrong part order that I accidently done. they had no problem about me not buying it.I been dealing with them for about 4 years now
