We like the fact that the tech's can read each of our dogs and care for them a certain way based on the way they interact with eachother. Fantastic staff.

I brought my dogs in to Hear of Suwanee Animal Hospital for their boarding services. My dogs, who are very old, were taken care of greatly by the staff. They have a special needs that need a lot of attention, I knew they were in great hands when we dropped them to the time that we picked them up. Thank you.

Heart Of Suwanee Animal Hospital has taken care of my cats for many years. Dr.Jackson takes his time to eaxplian their issues to me and follows up with how they're doing. Everyone is caring and compassionate, we love this animal hospital!

I've been to other animal hospitals in the area and none have had a better boarding service than Heart Of Suwanee Animal Hospital. It has a lot of space which my pet's love.

Heart Of Suwanee Animal Hospital has great services for your pets. The customer service is fantastic and the staff and doctors are very friendly!

I am going to make sure, I reach as many people as I can in the Suwanee area. I do not recommend this Vet. to my worst enemy.. They don't give a darn about your animal, All they care about is how much money they can make. I promised I would tell everyone in Suwanee the experience I had with this so called vet. basically they held my dogs thyroid medicine hostage until, I brought him in for yet another appointment, because he had just had his blood work done in July, He was on his last pill, something he has been taking for the last two years, that he has to have everyday for the rest of his life and they refused to refill it, until he came in and had a physical, even though they knew he was down to his last pill, they did nothing to try and get him some pills until, I could get him in for yet another physical that has nothing to do with his thyroid medicine.. I am also going to report this vet to the veterinarian association.....

The staff and doctors at Heart of Suwanee were very accomodating to my pets needs and were friendly towards us as their owner. They took a lot of pride in their work, very impressed.

You guys are great. Nice and friendly atmosphere and you can't beat the hot chocolate in the waiting room. Many thanks and keep up the great work.

I will not be taking my dogs back to this vet ever again. I have gone there several times with both of my dogs over the past year hoping that it would get better, but it didn't. They have good prices on vaccines and spay/neutering, but I guess you get what you pay for. My last experience with them was awful. They failed to inform me of so many things which then limited my decision making on the treatment of my dog and resulted in a big mess. Very unprofessional! I am very unhappy with how I was treated and how my dog was treated and will never be going back.

I split my business between several veterinarians in Suwanee. I use this location because it is convenient to where I stay and they have cheap prices on vaccines(without exam) and spays&Nueters. I have a rescue organization and have the need for lots of cheap vetting. I have had so many bad experiences here I cannot believe I keep going back. They change their name and their staff frequently so I think maybe this time their has to be a better outcome. I have had vaccine reactions on several occassions. My dogs have continued to have worms even after several rounds of deworming. I don't think they give my dogs the right stuff. The vets here have never been very good at diagnosing skin conditions. The last time I went there I got a great price on a dog spay, but the stitches came undone and my dogs guts were showing. I was able to fix it with some super glue, but the scar line is hideous. If you want a good deal on a spay try the Georgia SPCA on Buford Hwy. They are not as convenient to use, but for the same price you will get a better result. There are 2 other vets in Suwanee that are a little pricier, but there medicine is much better. One is CrossRoads on PIB and the other is Suwanee Animal Hospital on Buford Hwy. There is also a house call vet that I heard was good. There is much more to say, but I hope this helps anybody looking for good/cheap pet medicine in Suwanee.

We've used Animal Care Center of Suwanee for 10 years now and they've seen us through *so* many issues with our dogs. They know us by name, know our dogs by name and truly treat us like family. They even call to check up on our pooches when they've been ill. One of our dogs passed away over a holiday weekend several years ago; we called to tell them about it and just a few days later we got a sweet card in the mail from the staff. I know all vet offices do that but this one was more than just names signed in the card - it was personal notes about how much they'd miss seeing Abby and stories about what they remembered about her (she was a 3-legged rescue and was quite memorable). If you're looking for a vet, I highly recommend this one; you won't be disappointed.
