        No stars for Rose Garden in Surprise Arizona.This is another awful Cal-Am Property. The security gate is always broken like all the other properties they own. The streets are old and run down. The park shows little upkeep. Park smell bad from crumbling sewer and water pipes. This is a very expensive $ place to live. $1000.00 just in space rent! With increases every year. Management cares nothing about residents needs at all. They only collect money. This is a warning. Once you get in, they make it difficult to get out. Stay away from this depressing place and all Cal-Am properties.
