        The Town of Surfside Beach is a seaside town in Horry County in South Carolina with a population of more than 4,500 residents. Its public works department works to provide safe streets, sidewalks, beaches, lakes, parks, recreation and civic activities along with sanitation services in order to preserve and enhance the quality of life of its communities.
