Eagle Painting

Jack, a scheduler, was to come yesterday to take a look at what I wanted done, while I was home. Called and said "can we reschedule for tomorrow. Sure, no problem. I'll be home by 11am." 11:30 no one is here. Called Eagle and he is in the office and said he came to the house while I was gone. I then tell him I wanted our patio painted and the patio ceiling painted.."ok so you want the ceiling varnished and floor painted." "No that's not what I said" Jack was talking so fast and and over me while I was trying to explain what I wanted a quote on. I said "slow down and let me talk." He then preceded to tell me I was rude and to not call back that he didn't want my business. Then he hung up!



Avoid this place if Jack is any example of how you will be treated

I have used them in the past and I'm using them again. They are professional and I have not had any issues when contacting them.

Good luck getting a call back, a return email, etc. I received a quote from them on 4/30/2010 and contacted them that day saying we are ready to move forward and asking a few questions. It is 5/7/2010 and I have still yet to receive a follow-up to multiple calls and emails. If I have to chase after them to even start the work, I don't even want to think about how much I would have to chase after them to finish a job - or complete a quality job. It's a shame if they are good painters - as their communications skills certainly don't support them getting business.
