Just got my carpet cleaned last week. Very happy with the result! . I was skeptical at first looking at his equipment and the one-step process I saw. It turns out there are two separate hoses inside one big hose. One is to suck all the dirts away and the other shampoo and steam the carpet. The steps were done interchangely and I wouldn't know it was happening that way it if I didn't ask him how it ran. I saw for myself the dirt disappear in front of your eyes the same way his video shows. He also provided a pair of plastic sock (feet cover) at the end so that you can safely walk around your house while the carpet dries up. Overall, I am very pleased with the service.
