El Camino Auto Service

I purchased a used vehicle and they did not issue me copies of my sales contact, then they did not issue plates, and the VIN number on the vehicle did not match the one on their system, they have not issued the vehicle plates it has been alittle over 1-month . Everytime i call them to get an answer inregards to my vehivle they dont know what is going on although they know who i am when i call?? WORST OF ALL THE VEHICLE will not start and i cant drive it anywhere because it does not have plates, and because it will not start, very sdisapointed about this!! It has been 1 month since i have been calling and they still have not issued me all my documentation and receipts, and no plates either. Bad service over all and very unprofessional!
