Dry Clean ABC

After being their customer for a year, I was surprised to find a $100+ Nordstrom's shirt stained by them. I discovered this while on a business trip. When I brought it back, I only asked that they tried to clean what they did to it. Instead, they became enraged and violent, screaming at me and the wife held the husband back while he screamed that I should pay to have it recleaned or get out and that they don't need me as a customer. He became this way after I explained to them the shirt still had their dry cleaning tags on it (clearly wasn't worn) and that he's losing $1200/yr from me as a customer by treating me this way. AVOID this place at all costs.. they have no respect for anyone or anything.
