        Ralph's in Sunland has a new sushi department and deli section. The sushi makers here are the most talented that I have come across {I am a caterer who works for well known catering companies, and have ordered many platters of sushi in the past from many restaurants and delis, and the three sushi large sushi platters that I ordered from the Ralphs in Sunland received many wows and rave reviews at this special event in Palos Verdes for the 4th of July. These sushi chefs are like artists, and the sushi quality was top notch. I will order all of my sushi platters from here from now on..The chefs went out of their way to get my platters early in the morning since I had to be in Palos Verdes to set up the buffet stations very early and it is quite a drive from Sunland to Palos Verdes. The guests were so complimentary and stayed near the sushi station until the platters were all finished.. Amazing sushi chefs!
