Sun Hill Optical - Sun City Center

I've been coming to this establishment for a few years for my prescription. Thank God I left because now I can save a ton of money each and every year because this establishment never told me that my contacts are covered for 6 months out of the time by my insurance.

Let me Begin by talking about Frank the owner, the tall older gentleman. Frank doesn't want to save you money . Frank will tell you that you can call three more times and he still won't fax the prescription over to Walmart any faster. Frank is also rude AF. He told me that the Walmart employee could not read 3rd grade handwriting which was his. He made the mistake and so I had to wait over an hour to get a simple fax he made the mistake on. He's just plain rude . Don't get me started with the older lady with blonde hair and fingernails that are 6 inches long with too much perfume . Employees know who I'm talking about lol

Frank will also giggle when you receive the wrong contacts and uncomfortable and when I tried telling him he gave me the wrong box he persisted and telling me know I am in the wrong and these are the correct ones. My name is Jakub G and I approve this message

Just a heads up Frank Finnegan CEO has a nice criminal record . There's a nice mugshot of him so you know who I'm talking about .

Lets just say I will never do business with these people ever again - A horrible experience in just trying to get a new pair of glasses - I will tell all my friends and everyone looking for glasses to look elsewhere every chance I get - The associates for the most part just kept feeding me excuses after excuses - $290 for two lenses in my own frames because of their error - The associates were dancing around making excuses each time I went there or called - they never did in three months get anything done - terrible - I am stuck with two lenses that have five spots in the exact same spaces on both lenses - ugh ----

Mike is great! Excellent communication. Easy to work with.

They do NOT keep their promises about the time frame the glasses are ready. I have waited 3 weeks and called and said NOT ready yet with no explanation. I have found out for myself not to trust what they promise. Beware of the fast talk. That is MY personal opinion !!!
