Mckinnon's Expert Tree Service

My experience was not a good one. First, they did not show up on the day they were suppose to. I finally got a call 2 1/2 hours after there were suppose to be at my house with an excuse of why they would not be there but would come the next day. Then on the day they arrived I was told his stump grinder was broken and would not be able to remove the stump but would have one of his friends come by either Monday or Tuesday to remove the stump. Monday and Tuesday came and went and nothing. I called and left a message and never received a call back. So glad I had not paid him to remove the stump. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT GOOD FOR THEIR WORD.

We called yesterday(9/30/13) to have an estimate on tree removal, they came out in 35 minutes and price was reasonable. Even better they did the job for us the same day. What a great group of guys. My husband and I appreciated your promptness. Very good work and exceptional cleanup. We will definitely use these guys again:) Just waiting on permit to remove some pines! The Service provided was excellent, courteous, and prompt. They did what they said they would do and then some for the price that was quoted. They did a great job of cleaning up and accomplished the job in 4 hours. Great work guys!! Would recommend you to anyone.
