They took 7 weeks to bring the gutters. They missed part of the job and left without my noticing because I had paid upfront. Worst of all, they left more than 20 nails and screws on the dog ramp. They had removed the nails and screws from the old gutters and didn't bother to pick them up. I find this to be incredibly lazy. My 130lb dogs go running down that ramp at top speeds and could have been hurt. When I sent a letter, they gave me a 20% refund which I will probably use to buy a metal detector to make sure my dogs are not still at risk.

I am an Association Manager for a condo community. We contracted Chris and the LeafGuard crew to put gutters on 21 buildings. This is the best contractor and crew! They were professional, respectful of the residents and the property. Chris kept me updated on all activity or if they spotted any other building problems I needed to address while they had the gutters off the building.
