I called at 730 stating it was not an emergency, someone called back at 750 saying they would have someone to my house at 9. He was on time, very nice, professional and did everything he could for us. All our freon had leaked out, he showed us, and showed us the sticker on our unit as to how much it takes to replace. He quickly fixed the leak. I used them a couple years prior and was reminded why I kept their magnet around. They have a very low service charge, and low on repairs as well. I will definitely call them again, they are one business I don't feel is "out to get me".
