3 years later it isn't any better, they will try to mess with extra fees for things. New management won't call you back, I've left 3 messages.

Renters beware. Leasing agent rushed us to sign a lease for one of the homes here & put down a deposit. Kept calling management to check on home being ready for us to pick up keys & move in. Kept getting the run around & didn't get to move in until a month later after signing lease. Once we were able to pick up the home keys were told that WE were going to have to pay $25 to have the mail box re-keyed because the previous tenant did not return the mailbox key. Must say this is the most unprofessional management group we have ever dealt with.
