I'm not much of a review writer but when a company provides the kind of care that this company provided I feel I need to let everyone know so that they too can have the same experience I have had. I run a medical transportation company and the garage door that concealed our very important equipment broke, cable snapped and when using the emergency chain the door came off the tracks. I cringed because I didn't want to contact the last company that came out to repair the same garage door that was broken now. I decided to look around despite being told that there weren't a lot of companies that would work on commercial garage doors. I came across this company that has 24 hour emergency services. They came out, inspected the door and got to work. The garage door was so close to falling off I feared the absolute financial worse, they came back into the office about 2 hours later stating that the door was fixed and ready to use. I was in shock! Then they gave me my repair cost and I was again in shock! The last company wanted to charge me THOUSANDS for the last repair that took them 4 trips to come out and fix, this repair appeared to be 10 times worse than what the last company had to deal with and there price was only a few hundred dollars. This company is honest, at no time did they make me feel like they were ripping me off. The gentlemen that came were kind, empathetic and trustworthy. I will be sure to let every company contact I have know that this company is the one to call for all commercial and residential garage door needs.

I used their services 10 yrs ago. Used them again today. I got what I expected at a fair price. Would use again.
