We where desperate need and two brothers took very good care of our fridge we didnt lose any food food and price was reasonable a very good and honest company to call

If there was a minus rating I would use it.
I hired 2 Brothers appliance to repair my ice maker. They came 3 times and it still did not work. I was unsuccessful at reaching them at first. When I finally spoke with them I was shocked not only by their antagonist attitude, but use of profanity as he screamed at me after I told him I would be going to Seniors against Crime. I then had to hire Desantis Appliance. They repaired it and diagnosis was that icemaker was unplugged (which I had 2 Brothers replace). Also, Desantis found that left side optics was not correctly plugged in (which, again 2 Brothers replaced).I had paid 2 Brothers a total of $326.35 to have it not work. It then cost me another $89 to have it fixed by Desantis. I plan to go to the County and pursue reimbursement once the County opens up. Definitely stay away from  2 Brothers appliance. In fact after multiple requests I have not received all of the receipts.

If I could give negative stars I would. This guy, James, accepted a Choice Home Warranty claim two weeks ago for my dead refrigerator (on a Thursday). He said he would submit the diagnosis by Saturday so we could get a new refrigerator. After one full week, I started calling him, as did Choice Warranty. He finally submitted a very vague diagnosis in their system. They said there were no details at all and requested more information. He refused to answer phone calls or return voice messages. Today, a full two weeks later, Choice Warranty said they would have to send out a new work order to be reassigned because James refused to complete the necessary information. I called him to let him know that, and he said --- Great - I'm so tired of getting phone calls from you and Choice Warranty. I have 22,000 customers. When I told him I would be filing a complaint, he started texting me ugly messages. His final message was: "I love cry babies that don't get what they want."

Just had an amazing experience with 2 Brothers Appliance. A few days ago my refrigerator stopped dispensing water. I also knew my dryer vent had not been cleaned out in the 10 years I've owned the house. My previous appliance guy had recently moved out of the area but he strongly recommended 2 Brothers. Gave them a call on 12/14 and made an appointment for 12/16 between 1:00-3:00. Scott arrived exactly at 1:00. He cleaned the vent (which blows out from the roof) within 30 minutes. Said it was a good thing I'd asked for it to be cleaned out because 10 years of build-up was creating some clogging and no doubt had prevented the dryer from operating at full efficiency for several years. Then discovered that I was in need of a new heating coil in my fridge but he didn't have one in his truck. Called his boss James (one of the 2 Brothers). James said he had one in his truck and would be here in 10-15 minutes. He arrived in 12 minutes. He and Scott repaired the fridge in 10 minutes and I got a 1 year warranty! Guess who my new appliance repair guys are! Did you answer 2 Brothers Appliance? Give yourself a pat on the back! YOU WERE RIGHT!!! THANK YOU, 2 BROTHERS APPLIANCE!!!

This edited version is being written on May 5, 2017. Evidently, this company is going through a transition since my review last December...and not a good one. On 4/25, I noticed a water leak in my freezer so I called their office. The clerk scheduled maintenance for Friday, 4/28, between 3:00-5:00. At 4:50 that Friday, I called to inquire if they'd still be coming. No one answered the phone and got no call back. The following Monday morning (5/1), I called again to inquire what had happened the previous Friday. Seems they've been going through a shortage of help and couldn't make the appointment time. We rescheduled for Friday, May 5th (today), between 12:00-2:00. When no one had shown up by 2:15, I called the office. Same clerk said she'd call the technician and get back to me immediately. No return call took place. So I called another appliance repairman and scheduled an appointment. Then at 5:00, I get a call from the 2 Brothers technician saying he's almost at my house and asked if I'm at the house. When I told him I was not and had made an appointment with another company, he said "OK, you're blacklisted from this company. Never call again. Do you understand?" And he hung up. To anyone reading this review, I encourage you to think twice about using this company. That's all I have to say.

BEWARE! I hired them to fix my ice makers and dryer. Shouldn't have paid $405 for a part up front for the dryer. After failing to show up or fix what they were supposed to I told them to not fix the dryer. I paid for the shoddy work on the ice makers but have been trying FOR FIVE MONTHS to get back my $405. It's been a wild goose chase. They have been rude, unprofessional, and have lied. The head tech, texted me "You will have the check by June 6." Over a month later he wrote, "there was a 15% restocking fee . . . Jenna left a check at the office. You will have [it] this week for sure." When I still did not have it in July he apologized and said the check "got stuck on a board and forgot." and it would go out "ASAP." ' a month later, he said the owner controls the checks and "SHE IS NOT GOING TO WASTE TIME TALKING TO YOU YOUR [sic] NOT A CUSTOMER." He then told me that I could speak with her attorney! "You can stop texting me. No one is doing anything for you. That ship has sailed."

called at 7:45 am, website says they open at 7:30 am. Got an answering machine saying they are open at 7:30, well it was past 7:30. Left a message for a call back like it says to do. Called back at 8:30 am. Still no one one and got the machine again. Still waiting. (not really, went elsewhere)
