Stone Electric Htg & Air

JEERS to Stone Electric in Sumiton/Jasper. After giving us excuse after excuse why they couldn't come out to install our new unit, a week later they come out and take out our old unit. One night without air. They came back yesterday and started installing it. One guy left leaving one man to finish the job. He ends up blowing it up. Day two without air. They came and picked up the unit they messed up, left at 7:30 this morning, and now we are being told Trane won't replace the unit they blow up. Day three with no air. The owner NEVER returned any of our phone calls after the problems started rising, but he was ever so available when setting up the app and getting us financed. Their hours are till 5:00, but they quit each day at 3:00/3:30. We were promised it would be installed TODAY. Now we have to find someone else to come give us a quote and have them install a new unit so probably a whole weekend with no air. No air isn't the big issue. I know that's a luxury. Just answer the phone when your customers call and fix the problems you created. The owner avoided every one of our phone calls, but would return his workers calls.

We've been loyal customers and brought baby other customers to them and it seems that donald stone the owner has everyday for the past week lied to us about fixing our unit for the past week his own nephew. That woeks for him informed us yesterday that this is how his uncle does business that's sad cause now they've lost our business along with other customers we talked to him this morning at 9 am and he said we was first on his list he would be here I. An hour its now 1 pm and he won't answer our calls nor the secratarys calls the bbb will be contacted if I don't get a call in 30 min
