As the reviews suggest, Mr Taylor does excellent work and is highly professional. Prices are very reasonable, and he goes that extra mile as far as offering advice and cleaning up. Highly recommended.

Mr. Taylor is definitely now my plumber. He identified the problem as being less serious than I thought and charged me less than his original estimate. He also found an unrelated drip, and rather than charging me for a simple task he explained how I could fix it myself, even offering to be a free phone consultant if I had problems.

He is a knowledgable craftsman who takes the time to understand your situation. He then does his research to develop a solution that is viable to correct the issue in a timely fashion. He will make sure his work not only meets code but exceeds it. He is courteous, respectful and takes great care to be neat and leaves the job site as clean or cleaner than it was before he got there.



I have already recommended him to a neighbor. He got that job as well, and when he was done they called us to say thanks and how absolutely pleased they were.

I called this company because of all the positive reviews. My husband explained the problem to him and a price quote was done over the phone (very reasonable prices). He came out the same day and worked with our schedule.

I selected B&C because of the reviews and found that they were right on the mark. He assessed the problem as I explained it to him on the phone, quoted the price and established a time. He did exactly what he said he would do, along with a few things I didn't even know were happening...a leaky faucet and a out of place dishwasher hose...He was prompt and professional . We invited B&C to meet with us for a second opinion on a blocked sewer line drain. Bill Taylor arrived at exactly the agreed upon time and proposed a solution which did not involve the removal of decking or siding and was much kinder to the integrity of our old house. He was pleasant to work with, efficient and effective. His diagnosis was accurate and his pricing was very fair. We will call him for future needs.

His diagnosing skills were accurate and he was able to solve all of the plumbing problems in the house in a timely manner and for a very reasonable price. Often times when a female calls, the pricing and tone of the conversation change. Not the case here. He asked all the appropriate questions and worked to find the most cost effective solution. My friends and I, young professionals, all bought homes around the same time. As a woman I am vary wary about who I let in my home for service/home repair and who I trust when billing. This was, hands down, awesome service. Great guy. Will recommend him to anyone and everyone in the DC Metro area who needs a plumber, especially those who I know are in the same 1st time home buyer boat as I am and looking to have a go to provider they can trust with home & plumbing repair.

Fastest and easiest service I've ever had from a Plumber! Bill returned my call right away and came over to fix a minor bathroom problem that same day afternoon. Extremely respectful, quick, reasonably priced. He even cleaned up the bathroom floor when he was done! Highly recommended.

They came right out to help with my plumbing problem, their prices were less than anybody else I had called. The service I received was excellent,and would recommend them to anyone with a plumbing problem or drain situation. An INCREDIBLE credit to the profession! I almost didn't call because we live in Rockville/Bethesda and figured we would be too far for them, but boy am I glad I did. They apparently service the entire D.C. metro area and they mean it. Punctual? Absolutely. Honest and professional? For sure. Reasonable? Most definitely. All these great reviews aren't wrong. Mr. Taylor was a real pleasure to work with. We recently had a large renovation completed and had the opportunity to interact with a lot of trades and many plumbers (and even had a main house drain clog last year) but I must say, this company is in the top 1%, everything you hope (and expect) a service company to be. This time, we had two toilets and a shower drain clog up and I gave the company I used last year a first shot at it, but the technician had to try and raise the price quoted to me on the phone by more than $200 when he got on site even though he found the situation to be exactly as I had described it on the phone. After discussion with Mr. Taylor, he told me what he thought the price would be and that was it! No other hassles. I was pleased to hear he is well equipped and experienced with much larger jobs as well so we'll know who to call and refer others to for all our drain/septic/sewer work.

I give this company 5 stars because I am very pleased with the work that was done in my home. I felt that Mr. Bill was very informative about what was happening and he kept me abreast of everything that was done. They are fantastic!

Mr. Bill was recommended to me by a neighbor who have plumbing issues and he is a regular to them. So they sent me to him and I needed him to resnake my drain and we immediately made an appointment for Saturday morning and he came right out and unclogged the snake in a short period of time.
